We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 5–7 business days to arrive after your order ships.
Orders placed after 5pm ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
We want your pup to look and feel great. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at wecare@cooperandcosmo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
